Elegant by Eva | Refund & Service Adjustment Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL | NO REFUNDS At Elegant by Eva, I strive to provide every client with high-quality services and a luxury salon experience. Please review the following policy before booking your appointment. Refund Policy All hair services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, highlights, balayage, dimensional color, all-over color, glosses, haircuts, extension installations, and other chemical services. Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the final result. However, I am committed to addressing reasonable concerns. Service Adjustments If you are unhappy with your results, you must contact me within 7 days of your original appointment. I will assess your concerns and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate. Any approved adjustments must be related to the original service discussed during your consultation. Requests for additional services, different colors, or changes from the original agreed-upon result may require an additional charge. Consultations & Expectations Clients are responsible for communicating their desired results during the consultation. Inspiration photos are used as references, and results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and previous chemical services. Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed! I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of 30% of the services booked. The card on file will automatically be charged for this fee.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill that time. This policy allows me to protect my time and continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients.
By booking with Elegant by Eva, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy, including authorization for the card on file to be charged the applicable cancellation fee. Thank you for respecting my time and my business! 💌
